  1. Up to FM22, scouting results were provided through what in FM23 is behind the Scouting -> Players in Range / Scouted Players views. These views have a first inconsistency: when I'm creating a custom view for one (say Players in Range), I cannot apply it to the other view (Scouted Players gives me "The view in file XYZ is not valid for the current panel".) even though the display of results is entirely the same and I can of course re-create the same view for the other screen. In FM23 we now have Recruitment Focuses and while the views around them (Scouting Centre, Recommendations/Matches/In Progress for individual focuses) have the same kind of content (it's player scouting data after all), I cannot create custom views for them at all. This is inconsistency number two.
  2. The FM start screen shows a locker room from your current save with proper shirts, names, and additional gimicks. The electric outlets in the locker room are however always socket type G (UK and related). Let's adjust that, so that if I play in Germany, I get type F sockets and in the US I see type A ones etc. Reference; https://www.lightningbugelectric.com/blog/2021/april/what-plugs-are-used-in-different-countries-/
  3. In the new main scouting screen I cannot add/remove columns from the view of players displayed. I have to click an additional "Scouting Recommendations" link before getting to a customisable view. This adds lots of extra clicks where I could just view the information on the starting screen.
