When managing just a country (I’m England manager) I can’t create any scouting assignments to scout a certain nation or league.
Click on Create New Assignment, and on the Player section, you can’t click on Add Competition etc.
It would be handy to have a workaround to this to only scout English players but you don’t have this option available.
On this subject it would be handy if you could go to a league (La Liga for example) and have an option there to scout this league which will automatically create an assignment.
