Recently started my traditional Bilbao save. This year I will be keeping it even after the new version because Athletic is enjoyable anytime and regens actually make it even more exciting. Currently in my 3rd season. In the 1st I managed to win a double (!!!!). Don't know where it came from but I'm also surprised. In the 2nd I managed to win only the Copa. Now, in the 3rd I'm going strong, but who knows. I don't think I will be able to win anything big because both Real and Barca became significantly strogner as the game propgressed while the Basque players seem to be below mediocre this year. Two popular targets for me Hugo Guillamón and Jon Karrikaburu are a lot worse than last year. To add up to my disappointment Al-Ittihad came and snatched Dani Vivian after the first season offering him 1,100,000 p/w. Obviously nothing to do about it but managed to replace him with Guillamón and Jon Moncayola.

I'm struggling to come across tactic that will suite Athletic Bilbao, any suggestions?

is there any possibility for a typical 3-5-2 formation?

Nope, just downloaded the files from memor, put them in schedules and imported them in game.

This one works! Thx. Now the only problem is adding the set pieces.

@knap thanks i'll work on improving. this is coming mainly from my crappy goalkeepers but the game currently doesn't have many available options in that position. in the meantime is there a tactic that could still work okay with such low attributes?

this edition i can't seem to find the right tactic for me. playing with scunthorpe deep into 2037, promoted to PL but every single tactic i tested does not bring results for more than 10-11th spot. what am i doing wrong?
