I don't know what may have caused it or if it's better or worse but I play full match mode and the ME is definitely playing differently.

I've been a 90 minute man since FM04 (3d Dots), I usually get about 5/6 seasons completed per cycle. I have an added advantage that I am able to play while at work for a solid 8 hours a day, I normally get through 2 matches a day. I am currently at Jan 27 in this edition which is quite rapid.

I sacked my loan manager and then my DOF started rejecting most of the loans, sigh....

What's worse is that my DOF keeps rejecting these loan bids because of the playing time offered not allowing me to negotiate them up, even when I have taken responsibility over all transfers, loans etc he is still rejecting bids even though they aren't his responsibility. Good players are going to waste because they are not getting playing time to develop. It is one of the worse bugs I have encountered in over 30 years of playing FM.

I think that the no10 position has becoming obsolete IRL because of defensive counter shapes and this is simply FM replicating in game. The no 10 flourished for a while because he didn't have a direct defensive opponent occupying his space, this is not the case anymore.

This happens every year, you can set your clock by it. Since the update it has been turned back into crossing manager.

Do you have "Distribute Quickly" on?

I disagree with a lot of what has been posted here, I play the game on Full 90 match highlights since FM09, I can attest that training in a certain way does have an influence in the way the team performs in their following matches. The skill is recognizing what your team is missing which I think would be quite difficult watching brief highlights.

Dag Dave is right, players very rarely start matches anywhere near 100% in real life. 90% is fine.

With all due respect to @dzek, it is incorrect to say "drop off more" is incompatible" with a high DL, I would argue this is exactly what it is there for. I am suffering the same thing and think it is down to concentration and teamwork factors in my backline, when do you tend to concede the goal?

Does this not hinder Tactical familiarity?

I play in the EPL and I don't see the 30 second injury rule being applied at all.

Turn your LB role to IFB and stick overlap right on. I have found in harder games the right sided CM to be too advanced as a B2B and give them a more static defensive role to stop the opposition playing through my lines constantly. P.s you have no defensive stability on your right hand side.

Yeah Kane still gets in behind with his intelligence. He is still World Class for me at 33 years old.
