Doesn't it only appear in the second half of the season? Similar to when you apply for a new job and they ask "when would you like to take over? Immediately or end of the season?"

I took the job in November, and had news items saying that despite being up for two weeks I had no applicants. I think it's reputation rather than an issue. I've just reloaded to an earlier point to see if it was the same at other clubs. Took the St Alban's job and had a "good response" to the adverts.

Is anyone else having difficulty hiring staff? Didn't receive one application to any of the five adverts I put in the job centre. Admittedly I've just been hired as manager of Rushall who probably don't have a big reputation even in comparison to other national League teams. Even using staff search only very few show up. Doesn't appear to be any "newgen" staff interested at all.

Sorry if this has been suggested before. Just taken over a team in dire financial trouble. I think it would be useful in the squad planner to see the salary total of the team laid out in the planner. This would enable you for example to remove a high earner you are tying offload and see where it leaves you financially.
