I have turned off my VPN and was able to re download and start. Who knew

I downloaded the program yesterday but it stopped working, today it will not allow me to start it or even download it again . Message " English language not supported" I have a I9 9900k + Windows 11. Please advise I am in the UK

Wow well I never expected that, FM23 what a total and absolute scam. I have bought and played ever version since 1992 and I must say that I am very disapointed. Was not much of an upgrade imo, should have kept my money. Will think twice more before I purchase future version. .......................
