2nd Season start date is too late -Can i change it?

Hi, I have PAOK Greece and finished 3rd place season 23-24 I will play in third preliminary round of Europa league. My assistant inform me that pre-season ( training ) start date is 5 August 2024 !!!! It is too late date for preparation... In the past after first season assistant coach always ask for training start date. Is it possible for the same in FM23 ? In editor mode perhaps ?
