I've played him upfront at times but he's not the best in the air which I feel like you have to be to play as a lone striker in this version of the game

I signed Yao a couple of seasons ago and even though he's done well I still feel like he's underperformed compared to his attributes. He goes disappearing in some games and drops very low ratings.

Does a lone striker need high teamwork and work rate no mater what role they're playing in?

A few of my main attacking players have the looks for pass instead of shooting trait. Will this have a negative effect on my attacking play in the long term and would I be better moving them on? I can't seem to remove it when I try.
