  1. Just to follow on what @Brian 95 said about Farrell. He'd very rarely ever play cm unless Shels have been desperate, I think he should be focused all down the right side with MR and AMR the main focus, WBR decent. Some familiarity with the left side of the pitch and a bit at AM too. Also Hakiki should have the same capabilities as Farrell on the right and probably bring down his MC rating. Other than those 2 I think everything is pretty great (I want to complain about their ratings being low but I know a lot of that is my bias )
  2. Hi Neil, I've uploaded my save "Senak - Kerry.fm"
  3. The low Striker ratings is really killing the will to continue to play. I know I should ignore the rating itself (like with the dm's for the past few years, at least they weren't this low) but it's just making it harder to tell if the player is having an off day and then ruins the immersion with the media questions of why is he so bad and why I didn't take him off. I've even spent some time tinkering to try and reduce the chances of them going for headers but with a poor team it's impossible to stop them just lumping it clear
  4. Strikers who are scoring nearly a goal a game are getting way too low ratings for what they're doing. I think it might be related to their Aerial Duel Win % but can't confirm. It seems a lot more prevalent in lower leagues were strikers are more limited and not as good in the air compared to defenders. In this case the striker has nearly a goal a game and isn't even hitting a 7.00 rating but this is the 2nd highest average rating for a striker in my league. This striker has scored in about 60% of his games so it's not like he's just scoring many in 1 game and then going lots of games without any goals. Comparing to above there's a bit of a difference in XG and headers won %, but I can't see a reason why is rating would be so low for someone with this good of a goal return. As a bit of backup to my idea that it's the header win % that's causing this, looking at the average ratings for my league, 75% of the players in top 20 are Defenders and I'm pretty sure they all play CB. The others consist of Wingers, CM, AM and a GK. Not an out and out striker to be seen which is definitely a first for compared to other fm games. If you want anymore info or even my save game just let me know, thanks!
  5. I've looked into goals each game and he's had 6 games he hasn't scored (1 coming off injured in 10 mins, so really 5). 7 games with 1 goal and 3 games with 2 goals. That seems pretty consistent to me and it's not like he's missing a bunch of penos he hasn't taken any. I think it's the headers won % really negatively affecting his rating, I know my strikers have awful ratings and are useless in the air. But they've also not scored a lot so I thought it was just down to that.
  6. I'm noticing huge issues with ratings for strikers, a player in the same league as me nearly has a goal per game (with 0 pen goals) and has an average rating of 6.64?!
