Always the one with higher pro and det. You can retrain your players because of the 'wrong' formation , but mentoring to give them a higher personality or det is much harder.

Yes had 5 good seasons with them last fm. You get a mix of nationalities, Poland will top the list.

Older players like Bebé and Mokrani will stay for another season. Veselcic had a nother great season with 14 goals and 7 assists. He was my forward in the first season and is playing on the left wing this season. He is actually too good for Luxembourg league though so I expect they will try to buy him. The only realistic goal is not to be relegated next season.
