My centre-back Charles Bule feels that he is underpaid and wants a new contract. I told him to wait to the end of the season and he agreed. Now we have reached the end of the season and I want to upgrade his contract, but he has decided that he no longer wants to stay. That's fine, I suppose, he probably has outgrown the club. But the issue is that he is still unhappy that his promise hasn't been kept, despite the fact that I literally can't even make an offer. After he approached me asking why I broke the promise, I told him I would rectify and offer it, but the situation hasn't changed. Screenshots in spoiler. -
The FM23 Youth Academy Challenge

So I've been playing as Rynninge IK in Sweden. Things have been going pretty well; won the Swedish Second Division in my second season and survived by the skin of our teeth in the third. But we're entering our 4th season now and my U19's still haven't been added to one of the youth leagues. Even more annoying since during October, I got a note in the calendar during game progression that my youth team were 'entering the U19 First Division'. All youth leagues have been drawn now in Jan 2026, and we're not among them again. Can anybody confirm that this will eventually happen?
