  1. Yes, I have a custom skin, will try to remove it later on and see how it works but why doesn't it work with a custom skin?
  2. Now, I let you guys guess how many shots on target Liverpool had.
  3. We all know that the average goal per game in the PL is around 2.5, except last year around (3 goals per game), yet SI completely forgot about this data and others as well ie.(Goals conversion in the PL is around 10% of shots on target but in FM AI teams have a shot conversion of minimum 50%) . Every FM forum I've been in 4 different languages, everybody have been complaining about the same issue since November (goals per game around 5) but since last update its been unplayable and beyond ridiculous. Here is an example: Liverpool scored 6 Goals in the first 10 minutes!??? I'm looking forward for your reply. Regards
  4. If you start the match with a back 4 and then during the match change to a back 3, the option to change your Centre Backs right and left to Wide Centre-Back is greyed out.
  5. During matches the option to change your Centre Backs to Wide Centre-Backs are greyed out and not available. If I don't choose it before the match starts then its impossible to change it in-game. I think someone brought this up back in December and I thought it was going to be corrected but it seems SI forgot about it.
  6. Personally, TI ie. "Get stuck in" it gets my players much but much more yellows and red cards than "Stay on feet" and then tick each PI to "tackle hard".
  7. Check my post here :Here Goals and assists by both WB's .
  8. Due to the ME limitations, its absolutely a dog job to replicate any tactic but one can get a close Leverkusen template and same time one that makes you happy with the results and the football played. Me, being a purist of the "jogo bonito" and a student of Bielsa's attacking football, I created my own Leverkusen template according to Xabi Alonso principles of time and space and my own view of attacking football played with 1 or 2 touches and intensity. The football played is quite spectacular and if you have a couple, ideally 3 finishers to play as the front 3 you, will embarrass some big teams. All the PI's have been tweaked to achieve the ideal Leverkusen formation 3-6-1 when attacking or sometimes even a 1-8-1 when camping in the opposition half.
  9. Watch full matches and analyse where and how mistakes are happening and how the opposition is reacting to your system and keep adjusting step by step -adjust first your defense, then midfield and attack last.
  10. There's a few factors that I need to consider when choosing my wingers role; 1-How is my attacking approach play going to be: Through the center or wings 2-How many players am I going to commit going forward 3-How many central strikers I'm going to play(factor number 1 on choosing wingers role(IF or IW or W) If playing 1 striker I prefer an IF as there's quite a bit of space for him to cut behind the enemy lines. If using IF and 2 strikers he will usually get his run blocked by the defenders marking one of the strikers so effectively you have 2 of your players(IF and ST) marked by 1 defender. If I play 2 strikers, I prefer to use IW or W depending of the strikers role. I use IW when playing 2 strikers both on F9 and WB's overlapping but I change role to W when using any other strikers role as they will play much more up than F9 and if I'm not using WB's or FB's on attack duty as both WB's or FB's and Wingers will meet in the same space in the wing. My advice is have a save versus a top team and play it time and time again while micro-managing players instructions so you can see what works best (watch full match, no highlights).

    Far too many goals

I've played over 60 matches testing tactics and never managed a 0-0. Every single game both teams scored and out of the 60 games the minimum goals scored were 4, some ridiculous scorelines in the process as well, ie. ( 8-6, 11-3, 7-5) and if SI thinks the average goals are below real life, I think they are talking about a different game.

    Far too many goals

I don't know about your statistics but in real life (Premier League) the average goals per game is around 2.7 per game since 1992, except last year where it went to 2.85. I've tried different saves and my average as a lot of others have stated as well, is indeed very, very high. In all of my saves(4) it is or was, as I deleted them, around 5 goals per match in 3 saves and 4.5 in another save and that's the norm. When you see the AI making Man City having 15 shots from outside the box when in real life you will be very lucky to see Man City have 3 shots in one match from outside the box, you know something is not right.
  13. Advanced Playmaker or Attacking Mid both on Support so you can instruct them to "Hold" position. Keep in mind that Advanced Playmaker have "Shoot Less" and "Take More Risks" with Passing, hard coded on the instructions while Attacking Mid Support you can choose your own instructions. Advanced Playmaker sits slightly above the Attacking Mid position so I think it might be your best bet. its a matter of trying it while watching the full game.
  14. Telling Central Mid's to go wide leaves you with a big vacuum in the mid in case of a counter attack.
  15. The only way to have a back 3 with any effect on the game that makes sense on a build up from the back from a original back 4 is to play with a Libero as CB, otherwise your defense will be badly exposed .
