I find fun being something of a technical director, forming a realistic squad through the in game editor and assigning a manager and me watching the progress as unemployed. So what stats make a good in-game AI manager?

In my 6th year the game never asks me to register my champions league squad. Its also missing in Upper left Overview->Registration which is for testing your choices, was not there since start of preseason (dont know exactly when it happened tho) The result is this (photo)
