I've had quite a few issues with transfers getting stuck. Several times now, they've just got stuck with players deciding on contract offers and neither accepting nor rejecting them for months. The same has happened a couple of times with work permit applications, they've just been in limbo for months and months. I've uploaded a save here where I'm trying to sell Lorenzo Pellegrini. He's wanted out for ages so I promised him I would sell him at the end of the season. After he rejected a couple of contract offers from Saudi clubs over the summer it's now got to deadline day, and I've accepted three offers from Inter, Napoli and Arsenal, but absolutely nothing happens. He doesn't accept them, he doesn't reject them. I get to the end of the day and get a message that his transfer has been cancelled (alongside a few others, some of which are in the same frozen contract-offer state) because "issues" meant it couldn't be completed before the deadline. I've reloaded the save a few times to try different strategies, such as cancelling the bid from Arsenal that would mean he'd need a work permit, but with no luck. And other transfers, just some random youth loans, are also getting stuck the same way with the players letting the clock run down. I have two managers on this save, one managing Oldham and one managing Roma, and these issues seem to affect Roma far more often, but I've had a couple of players in work permit limbo with Oldham too. It might be worth noting that my Roma manager has had bugs with recruitment focus too, and also the issue of transfer deadline day skipping several hours at a time, and the chief scout going mad and repeatedly sending me the same loan list notifications despite my not being interested in the players. None of these bugs have affected the Oldham manager.

Just got an alert that my player is no longer unhappy due to concerns about being replaced. He is happy that a specific other player is not joining the club. That other player has joined the club.
