Recently I've noticed that nations are missing from the scouting assignment section for my scouts. I started a new game as Liverpool, have the world scouting package and nations like Ivory Coast and Ghana (to name 2) are missing from Africa, similarly Australia is missing from Oceania.
If I go to these nations I can right click to scout, but they're not available in the usual way. Has this been reported before, is there something I can do to resolve?
As you can see from attached SS, there are many nations missing from Africa.
