Unable to setup a Short Throw Routine in attacking third

I've noticed as well that I can't create 2 different routines, one work into box and one long throw, only one or the other. When work into box is selected, I can't see anywhere to change throw in takers. It has meant my RB taking my throw in in the left attacking third, which I don't want. -
How do you deal with the sack?

I remember back in the days of FM on PSP, I was playing as Man United because I wanted to play as a club with money for once. I got sacked after performing abysmally. In the ultimate revenge, I went to Manchester City (before they had money) and won the league. I didn't really like Manchester United before, but I despised them after that.
