Matt ex SEGA Posted February 6, 2009 Share Posted February 6, 2009 Hmmm. Are you patched? Are you using updated DirectX and updated GFX drivers? Are you above the minimum spec? If the answer to all these is yes, then grab the Customer Service details from the known issues sticky thread, and have a chat to them - they should see you right.
