Jase1982 Posted February 5, 2009 Share Posted February 5, 2009 Has anyone won a European competition with a lower ranked club? i.e. not a club that resides in Spain, Germany, England, Italy, France, Belgium, Scotland, Holland....etc.... My biggest achievement was knocking out Chelsea in the CL 3rd qualifying phase. I lost the home leg 2-0 and some how managed to win the away leg 2-0, I then won on pens. Every year, I seem to get done by 1 goal, or a defender makes a mistake....or the vastly superior player scores a screamer against me, like against Roma recently.
