uppercut
why is this? yes they did bad but they'll always end on a stupidly low rating and never recovers to "normal" levels.
Ediocy
It is not impossible. I think the attribute determination, among other things perhaps, might play a role in how much effort the player makes in raising his game after his error. I have had a player score an own goal early in the first half and receive a low 5-ish rating but I stuck with him for the second half and he finished the match with a mid 7-ish rating after my team won and he put in a tidy defensive performance. I also had a player make a mistake that led to a goal early in the second half and his rating dip to a high 5-ish, but he recovered from that and ended the match with a high 6-ish or a flat 7 I think. jayahr
This is something I don't like as well. Especiall when winning 5-1 the player making a costless mistake will remain with a rating dropped by a whole point.
