no, if you pay that much it gives you the full game, downloads it, installs it and then lets you play :)

I'm 95% sure they're not allowed to take it back, but I might be wrong.
Because of the seats thing, etc etc.

You won't be able to return it once it has been opened.
No shops will accept returns of games with a limited number of installs on them as they have no way of telling at the time if you still have it installed.
Your best bet is ebay or gumtree, problem with that is that you need to rely on people trusting you not to have it installed.
