"dismayed by lack of squad harmony"

What does this mean? and how can i fix it? a lot of my players seem to have it at the moment

Normally happens when you have a lot of people unhappy in your squad, i.e. Not getting enough games, wanting a new contract etc. Sort those people out, and you should be alright.

it may not be in your first team squad

if you have reserves 22 or older, they will get unhappy due to lack of first team football

Sometimes it can be just down to one player, I've recently sold one player who a lot of the squad had fallen out with because of 'attitude' problems. He never complained about wanting to play etc but he was disrupting the squad, and now he has left it's getting much better.

This is happening to me at the moment. All of my players have very high morale and no one has fallen out. They are saying that we're underachieving but they'll see, they'll see...

Happening to me as well, gone through a few season. I feel this is my year though I have a couple of players that have fallen out, changed the captains for the first time in ages to new ones. I think I've sorted it. My player who is the main cause of the falling out has been injured for a while. I played nigh on the same team, for a few more games, they should becoming more harmonious.

I reponded to a press conference commment about this, that brought this added "Issue" for the team, in my view moral is up. Were doing as/better than expected. I would just ignore it if I were you and carry as normal play who you want to play, so sort itself out. In the medium/to long term.
