atonement
if hes younger, get a player with a hgih work rate to mentor him i think mental attributes are largely innate though, and there is little to be done to later them i think

13o
I was hoping strength training improved Stamina and Workrate. Making him do more work in training isn't the same as making him want to do more work in the match.
SCIAG
I think strength training does. Or maybe it was aerobic.
TheRealMagpies
It is 1 of the trainable attributes, just don't expect massive changes in it from training ballpark ages below (some players will change earlier &/or later than others) 15-20 will get the highest training improvements 20-24 will see less drastic rises in stats 25-30 training tends to offset age related declines 30+ agebased decline outsrips training efforts Tutoring can affect mental attributes aswell as the hidden personality stats match experience generally is the last bit of the improvement jigsaw I've never seen big rises Teamwork/Workrate/Natural Fitness though, so I can only guess that some players are naturally lazy/selfish no matter how hard you try to train them out of it.
