Jase1982
Does anyone here work out player conracts based mainly on lower wages, higher bonuses? or, the opposite, obviously, higher wages...lower bonuses. I've read that George Graham's philosophy was to offer a player a salary based around higher bonuses, and lower initial salary. That's something I've tried to implement in my game, I'm not sure if it is significantly better that offering higher wages with no add ons though. elsgouro
I've noticed that a player will most of the times accept a contract with lower salary but higher bonuses than what he initialy asked. The opposite (higher wage but lower bonuses) most of the times leads to further negotiations or contract rejection. Of course the difference between the demand and the offer should be within some limmits.
