reillyg
I have been just generally looking at regens on my 'experimental' save using FMRTE. I have noticed that nearly all of them have low consitancy around 7 or 8 usually even if they are awsome. Is this a bit of a bug or does it increase with age and experience? Shizzle
Increases with age, I think tutoring might also increase/decrease it just like it can with all hidden stats, depending on the option you picked.
reillyg
What is the best option to choose when tutoring? i usualy go for 'learn from' but not sure really.
Lyssien
No, tutoring does not affect it. First team play does. So you have got to give your promising youngsters first team playing time. Or, ideally, you can loan them out for one or two seasons to a club where they are going to play first team regularly.
Shizzle
Yeah he is right, but also keep in mind that the consistancy probably won't get a lot higher then it already is. A player with 9 consistancy probably will never reach 18. And with tutoring, I think it was like: Learn from->PPMS Follow Example(or whatever the second option is)->PPMS+Hidden mental traits Rolemodel->PPMS+Hidden Stats+mental attributes like determination Again I'm not 100% sure about these, but they should be enough as a guideline. reillyg
Ok, just worried it will ruin my awsome regens who all have awsome stats except consistancy.
