Micado Posted January 31, 2009 Share Posted January 31, 2009 If you start the game with your customized database it will. If you only apply the patch, it doesn't affect your save game. Changes in the patch regarding staff are only applicable when starting a new game and then choosing the 9.3.0 (or whatever patch it will be, if it comes) database. jod123 Posted January 31, 2009 Share Posted January 31, 2009 I think people tend to get confused about the patch. The patch is save game compatible and fixes bugs and so on. Another thing that usually comes with the patch is an updated database with the latest transfers and so on. For those transfers and things you need to start a new game with that database. Wayne\'o Posted February 1, 2009 Author Share Posted February 1, 2009 i run alot of tests, after the tests i always change my data base if i think certian people over perform or under perform, as much as i hate Ronaldo and UTd, his real life form suggests he is pants on fm, either that or he just gets a bad rating.
