NotWordsButDeeds Posted January 31, 2009 Share Posted January 31, 2009 If there's restrictions on foreign players in your league, you will see a prompt at the bottom of the 'make offer' screen. For example in Italy you're allowed 2 per season - at the bottom of the screen it will remind you of this and have the current number you've signed in brackets.
