Mike7077
how do people cope that work with pc's every day inputting data etc? Well, there are laws in place to protect them. In my experience nobody follows them and most people aren't even aware of them.

Mike7077
If you have your desk and PC set up correctly, RSI and CTS shouldn't happen. Nobody I've ever worked with knew how to set their desk and PC up properly. Not even me, although I do now.
CrashOverride
how do people cope that work with pc's every day inputting data etc? They take regular breaks, the have a correct posture and normally a health and saftey polciy to advise on this, they have wrist rests and ergonomic keyboards. They dont generally play on laptops for hours on end balanced on your lap and have proper mice not track pads.
Raticus
get yourself a powerball. Couple of minutes on that and your fingers will feel nimble enough to pickpocket a grass skirt. I sometims play FM lying on my bed so i rest my head on my one hard. After a while (maybe 2 hours or so) i realise my arm is completely numb and useless and my neck is now to weak to hold the wieght of my head in an upright position, not a nice sensation.
