scouting question

does the use of scouts uncover invisible players?

say i sent a scout to argentina or somewhere that i hadn't selected as a playable or viewable league, would the scout be able to find and uncover players that i wouldn't have been able to find myself?

I tend to let my scouts do the main searching in the leagues and regions where database players are more abundent but manually select and scout all the players generated in smaller nations like hungary, romania, ireland etc where there are maybe only a couple of players per team on medium DB.

nope it just lets you unmask atributes and make them available in player search,

if you look through the clubs or type their name into the search bar you can still find them without scouting them
