I'm basicly on a career game and ive just got a job managing a 'B team' in spain. I'm not after tactical advice or anything I'm just trying to grasp the concept of it. Am i basicly managing the reserve team? I have a transfer budget, how does this work? Do I buy young prospects who might make the A-team?
