2 questions

Ok just a couple of questions I wondered:

1 With regens / newgens - when watching the 3d do the different races / hair colours still show up correctly ie a blondie in his profile pic looks like a blondie on the pitch

2 Has anyone had an approach for any of their staf from another club? Want to get rid of 1 or 2 but can't afford to get rid of them!

1 - i would assume yes but i dont use the 3D

2 - yes definately but its not majorly common, you'll probably just have to let their contracts run down if you havnt got the money to pay compensation

Re number 2, it's a bit of a cheat but you can sign on as another manager and poach them.

But yes, it happens from time to time. If it's a promotion I tend to let them go, cos I'm nice like that.

For 1) I think so, do play with the 3D but not so far in the game that I have a lot of newgens/regens

For 2) Just happened last night, my ass. man, coach and a scout were approached by other clubs, all except the scout accepted. So it does happen.

If you want to get rid of staff with long contracts then offer them a new contract but make it as short as possible. If you accept the same wage you should be able to terminate and not pay much. If they want more money then give it to them, it will cost you the same as the old contract but you get rid of them years early.
