With regards to coaches then try to get as best star rating as possible in each area. This can be achieved with one coach for each area if they have a high enough attribute in the area. I personally don't see the point in having two GK coaches but before you decide whether to off-load on or not, look at their other stats as you might be able to use them elsewhere!
