maestro74 Posted January 26, 2009 Share Posted January 26, 2009 first i lose 8 matches in row, 9th match is a draw and team plays horrible football... then i decided to move my AML and AMR up one notch to winger position... my last games of the season was 9W 3D 1L ...man that one notch movement made my team uber... think it is a little silly to be honest.. but atleast that got them going! Probably likely a few other factors played a part like your striker hitting form or players starting to gel. Whatever it was atleast you can be pleased with tactical management! R-dizzle Posted January 26, 2009 Share Posted January 26, 2009 First 2 games in the championship my Rushden team were playing awful with a 4-4-2 which had worked since the blue square prem. I changed my line up to a 4-1-3-1 with attacking wingers and now if we win a game we win by like 3/4 goals but if we lose a game we also lose by 3/4 goals.... not sure what the hells up now lol.
