llama3 Posted January 25, 2009 Share Posted January 25, 2009 Had a hell of a season with Arsenal, took me a long time to get my tactics right, and it left me in 12th place at the halfway stage, when I finally cracked them. Ended up getting to 4th place with 2 games to go, suffered 2 frustrating defeats to liverpool and man city to fall to 6th place. Thanks to 2 stunning victories over chelsea i got to the CL Final against barca, where i outplayed them, missed a penalty in normal time, cudnt get a winner, with it 1-1 a.e.t. and i lost 4-2 on penalties after misses from fabregas and eboue. i am just so frustrated to lose out on a trophy and champions league football by penalty kicks cos i worked so hard to get everything right.
