samuelburrowsuk
Do these count for anything? A 35 year old regen coach with a reputation of "Regional" and a coaching stat of 20 will usually produce 7 stars on the training schedule. He will also cost at least one tenth less than a "World Class" coach who will also produce 7 stars on the training schedule. Clarification appreciated! samuelburrowsuk
As far as i know mate reputation doesn't come into the situation. That was the answer I was expecting. Which begs the question - what's the point then?

Digital2009
I think the whole staff system is an issue that needs clarifying in the next game, noone is sure what effect having a 7 star training schedule does (judging by a previous thread on here) and the reputation feature is pointless as there as some poor staff with like Continental reputations, when you have to wonder how they have gained such a good reputation whilst being so average and in some cases unemployed! samuelburrowsuk
doesnt it determine what club they would be willling to join Definitely agree with that, but, as a top class club why would you give a WC coach £10k p/wk when a regen will do exactly the same job for £350 a week?
