Walk On
I can't get anyone to become my assistant manager for Ivory Coast. Anyone else had this sort of problem?
AMS
I think you just need to lower your expectations for the calibre of ass man, surely you can get someone eventually. Whenever I manage a national team, I offer the jobs to dozens of different people before anyone agrees to join me. Staff with you as a favoured person would probably be more willing. yahoo123
I had this problem taking over South Africa but there is an easy solution. Go for youth coaches at the big club. All my back room staff or youth coaches of either Manchester United or Manchester City. I would also go for one who are good at scouting as well. Walk On
I actually managed to get my current Ass. Man at PSG Joao Alves to be my Ass. Man for Ivory Coast. I'd asked him when i first got the job but he rejected as did every other coach/youth coach/ass man. But i ended up winning the world cup with them and had won the league with PSG so he agreed to join - as did a few of my coaches too.
