krashd Posted January 17, 2009 Share Posted January 17, 2009 A while back I stumbled across a player called John Voight, and a few days ago another called George Lucas, being a typical male I immediately thought "Wouldn't it be funny to only buy players named after the movie industry and pretend they were the genuine article whilst playing a serious game!" Yeah, ok, I have nutty ideas... But! I am going to try it! My plan is to pick out a team predicted to finish bottom table, but have reasonable funds available to buy with, and who genuinely would need some fresh faces if they hope to stand any chance of survival - then only purchase hollywood stars. If any of you have came across any other A-listers playing the old game-of-two-halves in between movie shoots then please post them here so I can scout them.
