ReddaJoppe
After taking a small swedish team from the swedish second division to the first division elite I wanted a new challenge, and found it at Thurrock in the Blue Square South. 82 points from 42 games in my first full season with them wasn't bad, but unfortunately Forest Green and Billericay did even better, so I was left with the chance of gaining promotion via the playoffs. After crashing out in the semis against Worcester, I find myself looking for a new challenge again, as I'm not up for another season in the BSS. So, should I quit my job now, or wait until the end of the season when my contract runs out anyway? Will it effect my reputation in anyway if I do one or the other? In England my reputation has alway been local, while in Sweden it went from local to national.
Richie Brill
I would wait till the end of the season as it would look better imo, either that or just stick with it and go for the next half decent job that pops up, I'm sure you could find another job by the end of the year if your doing a good job with Thurrock
