malleria
Next season in the football league only there is a homegrown rule. The rule is that there must be at least 4 players out of the selected 16 on a matchday must be registered domestically, for a minimum of three seasons, prior to their 21st birthday. I was wondering when/if this is being introduced in football manager? Thanks:D
CrashOverride
I would imagine it will be coded into 2010. It wouldnt make 9.0.3 because it would be implemented a season early. I didnt realise it had actually been made official as yet. Should make things a bit more interesting in terms of youth development
malleria
Definitely it stops people in the lower leagues just buying their way to the top well see who has the good youth systems now. There too scared to bring it into the premierleague but that would be fantastic
ScobieB
The homegrown rule isnt probably as strict as many people think though. It doesnt necessarily mean the player has to have been born in the UK, its just on how long they have been playing or developing over here
