Somesay
Depends how you set your past experience, if your a ex-international footballer then you normally get offered the blackburn job on the first day, if not then you just have to hope the lower team get their managers sacked early on. Nomis07
Just go on holiday and apply for all jobs, that should speed up the process.
Glenn Wakeford
Just go on holiday and apply for all jobs, that should speed up the process. Also check the option to return from holiday when getting a new job.
jod123
Yeah I started my current game like this. It also depends on how many leagues are loaded and how many jobs are available.
brayley
cool, when i finally get the game working properly (crash dump errors!) i will try it!
makelele696
i found it is really hard to get a job on semi-pro experience - on 9.01 i was pro and got the huddersfield job, but when i started originally on semi-pro i didnt have a job going into the start of season, so started again with pro experience
StephenIrelandIsAGnome
I set mine a sunday league manager, took me until 2011 until i got offered the Precot Cables job. But then it went easy as i flew from club to club. Easier to get a job whilst you already have one!
Cerrano
I was on Sunday League Manager and got offered the Braintree job in the first week. Took them to League 1 before moving on to greener pastures. What leagues do you have loaded up?
gazza_rufc
im sure there is some teams in the bsn/bss that have temas which start with no managers. i think one of them is stafford that you would probs get offered with the sunday league bit but i havnt tried this so i dont know
wearesporting
Just don't start of with automatic experience. Tested it out once. Wasn't offered a job in 3 years. In my current game i went with automatic experience but forced myself on the team. Five years with them and i'm still on unproven reputation and have not been linked with any jobs in the press. Getting older now and closer to promotion so maybe i'll be known among the locals soon at least!

Do you wear a mask in the dugout so they don't recognise you.
