ali_robbo
Is there a way I can apply for work permits for players who don't have them?
peter-evo
It should happen automatically when signing them
ali_robbo
I thought so too, but I've got a few who I've signed but dont have them. All I can do is put them on loan
pedro007
There is only 2 ways to get them to be able to play in your 1st team. Leave them at a feeder club in a work permit country (Spain, Belgium etc) until they gain a second nationality. The other way is loan them out until a time comes where they have played enough games for the national team, usually 75% to get a work permit and then offer them a new contract. The second way is very difficult as they are usually denied a permit as they are too young to play for the national team.
