davesearle1984
OK, I took over at a club after the season started and they had already gone out of the League Cup at the first hurdle. When I looked at the board confidence thing it said that I will not be judged by my performance in this competition. Fair enough as I wasnt in charge when the team went out. However fast forward to the end of the season and suddenly looking at this shows that the board are dissapointed in the teams performance in the League Cup and the bars gone yellow and is a little bit over to the left of center. Obviously this isnt a major thing as it didnt affect me at all what with the new season and new expectations ready to begin. I am worried though that after a poor season, if you're just clinging onto your job something like this could end up being the reason you get sacked, even though it was completely out of your control as you werent at the club at the time Anyone else had this? TheAssassin1982UK
Im just about to start my 6th season with luton and my board are unhappy that the club " is not being held in the same regard as before i took charge. " I find this a bit harsh on there part as I'm a division higher than when I took over.
senorcoo
My board are thrilled that I've got Lincoln running 4th in League 1 in 2010/11. And that's in spite of the fact that our wage budget is 1.37 mil per season and our bill is double that. 0% for finances!!
