Domestic Bias - sign players of your nationality/country your managing in ? anything else ? Finacial Control - Good wages and dont blow your transfer Budget ? anything else ? Hands on - Team talks, Press, Training ? Anything else Discipline - Not sure ? Tactical Consistency - Keeping same tactics ? anything else ? The only one which is almost essential is having Financial Control at 20. But, anyway, Discipline would go up by saying you were disappointed by the fact your team weren't winning etc. Being as strict as possible, and issuing fines when your players are sent off etc. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
