I That probably sounds a bit patronising but I've seen a couple of posts saying that they are not told about staff leaving the club, so I just though that maybe he left and you didn't get the news item through. You dont get warned when the contracts are expiringa and they can leave at any time. Hopefully being looked in for 9.3 In the mean time my (un)official work around is to add contract expiry to your manager overview screen. At least you can monitor it from there.
