chopper99 Posted January 14, 2009 Share Posted January 14, 2009 The player needs to have been trained by your club for at least 3 years before the age of 21 to become homegrown. In fm08 I know that if i had players out onloan it didn't count that period of time, they never became players that had been trained by the club... that's my experience anyways... hamilton162 Posted February 7, 2009 Share Posted February 7, 2009 Its a bug, i've got it in my wycombe save as well. When you loan players out, they come up with a random date. Gavin Hoyte was dated as 1/1/02 on mine and i was in 2011!!!! Post it in the bugs forum and see what SI can do about it.
