SlayerX
Not to hijack the thread or anything but there is no "learn from" instruction with any of my young players.
AbsoluteGenius
You have to link them with a player first.
arnold_kidd
I think the Tutor has to be 1) in the first team and 2) old/experienced enough to tutor. I have the same problem too, since I lowered my squad's average age to 21-22 nobody can tutor the younger players.
CaptainPlanet
Not to hijack the thread or anything but there is no "learn from" instruction with any of my young players. It relies on squad status and someone of the same natural position as them available to learn from. If the youth player is/has been playing first team football the option won't appear. Go into a random u18 squad palyer and see if the option is there. If not, log it as a bug.
SlayerX
Ahhhh, ok. I managed to get it to work. Apparently the player in question (The potential tutur) has to give his consent. Makes sense. Thanks guys.
Dargone
Who is a good player to select as a tutor? Someone with high influence?
arnold_kidd
Who is a good player to select as a tutor? Someone with high influence? Usually someone with good and matching personality (professional, determined, sporting, etc.), high determination attribute, good set of player preferred moves (the student can inherit these), and generally better playing attributes.
