AbsoluteGenius Posted January 11, 2009 Share Posted January 11, 2009 You need to light a fire under their feet by telling them you expect a win. I do that in every single match and they always give 110%. Another good idea is to bench one of your best players for a few matches. We won 1-0 at the end despite dominating. After the match I looked at the match feedback and none of the players made any reaction to the I expect to win talk?
