Aleh
Ever have the urge to sack staff members? Once I sacked Poyet in FM 2008 when managing Leeds, this was during the period where he left Leeds for Spurs in real life. Had to vent my anger in some way. However, sometimes I do terminate coaches contracts who always report back to me with ridiculous reports.
Pauljs
I sacked Ivan Zamarano at Inter, He scouted S America but kept reporting that he was unable to find anyone
Neopherus
I always sack my worst scouts and Physios. Also, if I have a few coaches too many, I sack the ones that gives the least stars in training.
108
If my team is underachieving I sack my Assistant Manager, and shift the blame onto him, pretending it's all his fault.
Sarith
I always sack my worst scouts and Physios. Also, if I have a few coaches too many, I sack the ones that gives the least stars in training. Ditto. I also sack staff if they never find anybody decent.
arcturus15
On 08 when I started games with Sheff Wed I would remove the assistant manager and appoint someone else. I do occassionaly replace other staff though.
skingegg
Depending on which team i manage i tend to sack the majority of my physios
slipknot67
I only sack staff when I start at a new club, and only then if better staff in their areas are available. I find I am costantly hiring new staff on fm09.2 though, due to staff constantly leaving with no news screen warning of their contracts being about to expire. Same here i just sack the rubbish coaches at the start and hire the best i can get. Agree with the coaches just leaving as well, such a pain:thdn:
kristoaster
I think the OP meant sack them for no reason/personal reasons, rather than because you're hiring someone else - everyone does that!
wyrley_saddler
I usually sack staff when I join a new club to replace them with better ones

eXistenZ
If low on money, don't renew. if enough money and staff suck, sack them and replace them with better and other nationality. in that way you imrpove your scouting knowledge
Aleh
I think the OP meant sack them for no reason/personal reasons, rather than because you're hiring someone else - everyone does that! Well the purpose was all reasons.
AbsoluteGenius
I am thinking of sacking my English scout. Every time I put a bid in for an English player the news is always leaked to the press. Considering every other member of my staff is Spanish it must be him.

shanks
I always sack my worst scouts and Physios. Also, if I have a few coaches too many, I sack the ones that gives the least stars in training. same here. if i have the maximum limit of coaches i can i sack the one's with the lowest attributes in the area they coach and 'try' to find better ones. Phil Macklam
I normally start off at my team Tottenham and I tend to sack everyone as they are all dire. The only ones that stay are Bond and Jordan because of compensation. I'd rather have my own staff as then it's more of my backroom team not the predecessors. baker.simon
Dennis Wise always seems to get the boot on my game, not sure why? Oh yeah, because he is a cross eyed squirrell face gimp! TOON TOON.
