matt_132
probably will just increase with time, after players sort out their problems.

AbsoluteGenius
Tell them they did well every time they win. Look at their profiles and see if anything is bothering them. Praise your players in press conferences.

deadeyedunc
Renewing the contracts of any players who are dismayed at the lack of harmony in the squad works
Whoopy D
My Notts County team have been "suffering" from this for the best part of a year now, I'd come to the conclusion it was never going away.
SSGTroyer
Pay close attention to the squad's personalities when your purchase players. Conflicting personalities will develop problems over time and they they won't go away until the players do. Though success and time can heal wounds...Renewing their contracts is only a temporary fix at best.
AbsoluteGenius
Make sure none of the players dislike each other. In my team one of my best players, Angel Di Maria, dislikes Lionel Messi. The weird thing is they are both Argentinian and they both play for their national side, so you'd think they'd be friends.
Neji
Got the players Personal page, it will tell you if anything is upsetting them. If it is, sort it out.
