You can post it in the Football Manager 2008 Bugs Forum if you wish but you're not going to get a response from SI and it has been logged before. Have you updated to 8.0.2 - I can't remember with which patch this was fixed, if any. Alternatively, buy FM09 and I'm sure this will have been fixed.
