DelBoy100 Posted January 10, 2009 Share Posted January 10, 2009 I got Rafinha for free at the end of 3rd season but i cant use him I appealed his Worked permit and it let me sigm him...but is has Wp next to his name.. why I have Loaned him outy so hop fully i can use him next season I have heard anyone else have this problem.... Usually when you don`t get the work permit for a player it takes 2-3 seasons loaning them out before they are eligible to play for you.
